I started my career with On-Site 8 years ago as a Recruitment Consultant having worked my way up to Sector Manager, facilitating the needs of Data Centres across Europe. Learning the values, skills and key strengths of both clients and operatives is paramount to me.

I am responsible for our European team, building and developing long term relationships with Sub-Contractors and Provisional Contractors, providing labour/payroll solutions to Hyperscale Data Centre projects across Europe whilst continually improving my knowledge on the industry, country specific compliance and productivity along the way.

I am considered to be a hardworking, honest individual with a firm understanding of the European Data Centre market and the ever changing requirements/compliance in posting operatives in Europe.

Outside of work I enjoy an active lifestyle including going to the gym, playing golf and travelling
