I started my recruitment career here at The On-Site Group 9 years ago. I have worked my way up through the divisions and am now the Sales Director looking after our Temporary recruitment team and the On-Site Global team for the UK, Europe, and UAE. I hold incredibly high standards and am driven by results.

I pride myself on providing my clients with nothing but the best service, my team work tirelessly to ensure the process from requirement to job start date goes as smoothly as possible.

I began my career with On-Site over eight years ago as a Recruitment Consultant and have since progressed to Sector Manager, where I lead and develop our European team. My focus is on delivering scalable labour and payroll solutions for Hyperscale Data Centre projects, driving growth for both our clients and our business.

I work closely with sub-contractors and principal contractors across Europe to build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. By understanding the skills, values and requirements of each client, I ensure we provide the right people for the right projects — on time and to the highest standard.

Over the years, I have built a deep expertise in the European Data Centre market, with a strong focus on navigating complex compliance frameworks, optimising deployment strategies, and supporting project efficiency and profitability.

Outside of work, I lead an active lifestyle and enjoy weight training, playing golf, and travelling.

I work as a Senior Account Manager for The On-Site Group Global Team.  I am responsible for taking care of clients relations with our partners across Europe. I make sure to check in consistently with clients to ensure they are receiving the level of service they deserve and the operatives we supply are supporting their projects to the high quality level we promise. I am also on call to plan out their labour demands for upcoming projects/phases for their Data Centres across Europe.

I started my career at On-Site over 3 and half years ago as a European Resourcer. During this period it allowed me to ensure I am well versed in the complete recruitment process, from dealing with candidates when resourcing and understanding the data centre industry to now working client side. Working within the industry for this duration has meant that I have been able to expand my knowledge and skillset to provide the best possible service for my clients, understanding their issues and being able to carefully remedy them.

I pride myself on making connections with the people I work alongside; from candidates I have placed on site to supervisors/project managers and directors that I speak with each week. I am very proud to work for the International division of On-Site and the loyalty we receive from candidates and clients alike.

As a BDE in the European Division, my role is to support sub-contractors working across Data Centres in Europe with their labour hire. With regular trips out to Europe to meet with clients, I am committed to building meaningful, long-term relationships to ensure we can provide a service that is tailored to suit. Ideally, these are built over a round of golf, a game of football, or a steak!

I consider myself an organised professional, from planning out my working day strategically to managing labour that we are posting to sites. In the ever-changing Data Centre industry, it is vital to stay focused, flexible, and adaptable to the markets that we work in.

Learning new things provides me with great satisfaction, and I am an advocate for asking questions – forgive me if I am picking your brains about your electrical package. I look forward to expanding my responsibilities within my role, and assisting many more contractors with compliant labour requirements across the continent.

I have been part of the On-Site Global team for two years, with my key responsibility being to identify and source outstanding candidates to represent On-Site Global in their field of expertise. Alongside this, I maintain strong relationships with all operatives working for us across Europe. I am a people-person and thrive on building rapport and lasting connections.

I am continually learning and adapting my skillset to meet the ever-evolving demands of the European data centre industry. The opportunity to expand my industry knowledge has enabled me to consistently identify the best possible candidates, and I take great pride in contributing to On-Site Global’s successes across Europe.

I am the newest member of the On-Site International team, working as a European Resourcer alongside Charlie. Prior to joining the company, I spent over six years in the hospitality sector, where I developed strong customer service and communication skills.

Drawing on this experience, I am passionate about bringing a people-focused approach to resourcing roles across Europe. My aim is to build long-lasting relationships with candidates and support them in finding the best opportunities to progress their careers.

I am excited to be part of such an experienced team and look forward to developing my recruitment skills and industry knowledge. I’m eager to continue learning, expand my understanding of the sector, and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.

Having previously lived in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Bahrain I have extensive knowledge of the Middle East & North Africa regions.

My role will be to establish business partnerships across the MENA region, developing partnerships with forward thinking renewable energy & power generation companies to help with their recruitment strategies and supporting with new & existing staffing requirements.

In addition to this, I will be managing the United Arab Emirates World Corporate Golf Challenge series on behalf of OnSite Finance International. I am responsible for establishing and building strong partnerships with sponsors & golf clubs across the UAE and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the qualifying tournaments & the UAE national final.

I am excited to be a part of this journey as we grow the companies presence across international markets.
