Back in July we announced the launch of Onsite Global, although the team have always been there in the background, we decided it was time to bring them to the forefront of The On-Site Group.
As the Data Centre industry continues to sky rocket, so does On-Site Global.
Last week we met up with our team, who had just returned from the Netherlands after securing a further 6 jobs. We wanted to discuss how they felt the last four months had gone and the challenges they have faced.
With the ever changing right to work laws and regulations. This has brought considerable hurdles in getting operatives placed in Europe. This is where our understanding of compliance in posting EU Labor is critical. The team feel they have overcome this by working with consistency and ensuring they are constantly staying up to date with all changes surrounding the current right to work legislations whilst also ensuring clients requirements are met in the timescale we are given.
Our Global team at On-Site pride themselves on building lasting relationships with clients, making frequent visits to head offices all over Europe.
The time that is spent building relationships with clients is also reciprocated with their operatives. They spoke about the aftercare in place, checking in with them on a weekly basis and being available to talk on weekends ensures our operatives know they are in safe hands.
It is no secret the Data Centre industry is going to continue grow rapidly with the predicted growth of 2% in data center jobs in 2023 and 3% by 2025 this equates to 300,000 more qualified staff members in data centers across the globe by 2025.
When I asked the team how they will keep up with demand, their answer was honest and simple, they will continue doing as they have been.
Always learning, adapting and continuing to grow as a team, they will continue to commit to putting the finest candidates forward and ensuring our after care pathway is followed. The Global team work hard to ensure they maintain their workforce with redeployment. They don’t just find candidates work, they keep them working.
On-Site Global currently have operatives working in Ireland, Netherlands, France and Germany, with Frankfurt being the Data Centre hub of Europe. With over 100 operatives across these countries, there is no doubt On-Site Global have the ability to keep up with demand without compromising our incredibly high standards.
They believe their success has come from their genuine want to have great partnerships with our clients, taking the time to understand their needs and being transparent at all times.
