    Our Electrical Recruitment Processes

    To match the right candidates with our clients, we believe in a thorough vetting process and will not put candidates on site where we do not fully believe have the credentials to meet our client’s requirements and expectations.

     

    • To complete our vetting process, we request that candidates provide a detailed and current CV, contactable references, personal ID and relevant qualifications. Throughout vetting, our candidates can expect for us to treat them with complete respect, and provide clear communication, reliability and efficiency.
    • Once our vetting processes are complete, we will begin our search for electrical roles to meet our candidates’ requirements via our client databases and extensive network of contacts within the electrical sector.
    • We will manage your applications, schedule interviews, and provide feedback to candidates and clients.
    • Should you prove successful in your job application, we will manage the job offer acceptance process and maintain clear lines of communication until the new role begins.
