I have recently joined The On-Site Group as a European Resourcer. My key roles here are to identify and source fantastic candidates to represent our company whilst working in their field of expertise.  I am a people person and thrive off rapport and relationship building.

I am new to recruitment, but I have found resourcing candidates for roles across Europe exciting and very rewarding.
